Yesterday (March 22nd) was World Water Day, an initiative started by the United Nations in 1993 to promote awareness, conservation and quality improvement of water resources throughout the world.

Bottled water was a big buzz last decade, promoting clean and fresh water at an affordable price (with the exception of some really outrageously expensive ones). Research reports suggest otherwise and it has been found that over 40% of all bottled water is actually filtered tap water. I wont even mention the toxic pollution caused by plastic bottles that are currently rotting in our landfills (or the ones floating in a huge debris mass in the pacific ocean).
