In the circumstance that an image is provided free-of-charge to you by Dreaming In Pixels, all the above mentioned polices still apply and you further agree not to remove the copyright logo from the provided image, agree not to sell the image and agree not to use the image for any purpose other than that originally provided for. If you purchase an image from Dreaming In Pixels, the above mentioned Copyright and Image Usage policy is usually waived after the transaction is completed. Under certain circumstances related to the terms of sale, the Copyright and Image Usage Policy is _not_ waived after you have purchased the image and you will be notified about this before the transaction is finalized. In this case, the above Copyright and Image Usage policy still applies to images you purchased. Only Dreaming In Pixels has the complete authority to give away images for free or sell them for a price as deemed necessary.
